We want you to love your Julep beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Simply ensure products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
